INTERNATIONAL MAIL ALERT : Hongkong Post Suspends Parcel Delivery to the U.S.
As of April 27, 2025, Hongkong Post will halt all airmail parcel services to the United States, following the U.S. government’s decision to remove the “de minimis” exemption—which previously allowed goods under $800 to enter the U.S. duty-free. Starting May 2, parcels will face a steep 120% tariff, prompting Hongkong Post to suspend all U.S.-bound shipments containing goods.
